Collaborate – Screen sharing not working on MS Edge

You may find that when you try to share your screen on a MS Edge browser that when you select the button for sharing a screen it does not do anything. To fix this please follow the steps below:

– Launch MS Edge.
– Select the menu icon which is 3 dots.
– Select ‘Settings’.
– Select ‘Reset’ settings from the left side.
– Select ‘Restore settings to their default values’ and then on the alert message select ‘Reset’.
– After doing the above check and try Collaborate again.

Please note:
This will reset your start-up page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also turn off all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favourites, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.
