Check Browser Compatibility:
- Run a browser compatibility check to ensure your browser is supported.
- Enable “third-party cookies” (see instructions below).
- Allow “pop-up windows”.
- If using Firefox, disable “Enhance Tracking Protection”.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
Quick Fix:
- Look for an “Eye” icon with a crossover in your browser’s address bar. Click it and allow third-party cookies.
