Panopto

Find out how to install, launch and create a Panopto recording using the Panopto Recorder. You can use it at home for free.

You may have been have been asked to record a presentation or something else for an assignment. This will show you where to find your assessment folder.

Panopto can also stream any other media content that you wish to be used in an assignment, Blackboard or shared elsewhere. This section shows you how to upload your own content using a web browser or use the Panopto mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Make a recording perfect or change it up. Panopto has a web based editor that allows you to trim, remove or add parts of your presentation.

Moving recordings into another folder, simply renaming it and more, all these changes are done from the ‘Settings’ menu of an individual sessions or course folders.

Panopto and Blackboard work hand in hand. All media content shown in Blackboard will be streamed from Panopto.
