MySouthampton app

The MySouthampton app, is the University of Southampton’s official app for students and staff giving you access to map services, emails, timetables, events and more.

The app is available for iOS and Android users as well as direct web browser access from: https://my.southampton.ac.uk/

The MySouthampton app can be downloaded from the iOS App Store.

The MySouthamtpon app can also be downloaded from the Google Play store.

Blackboard app

Students can:
View updates to your courses and content, Get notifications on course events and changes, view grades for courses, assignments, and tests and more.
Instructors can:
Manage course content and assessments, Get alerts on submissions ready for grading, Send course announcements, Create discussion boards threads and reply to comments and more.

We do not recommend using the Blackboard Learn app if you are submitting assessments or taking a test. The app does not support all the functions of Blackboard Original courses.

• Open Blackboard in a browser from a computer or module device. Do not use the mobile Learn app for completing assessments.
• The Blackboard link in the MySouthampton app opens Blackboard in a Browser so you can use this link to submit assessments.

The app can be downloaded from the iOS App Store. You will need to ‘Allow Cross-Website Tracking’ in the Learn app settings – see this guide for more information.

The app can also be downloaded from the Google Play.

MyEngagement app

The SEAtS app can be download for all iOS or Android devices, please select the relevant link for your device.

The SEAtS app can be downloaded from the iOS App Store.

The SEAtS app can also be downloaded from the Google Play store.

The app is only available to students to log attendence.
Staff must use the MyEngagement website.
