The Student Hub

The Student Hub is your first point of contact for questions and concerns relating to fees, financial support, accommodation, wellbeing, disability, careers and course administration.

Student Office

Your Faculty Student Office deal with administrative aspects of your programme, including those relating to enrolment and module registration, coursework, assessments and exams.

Always contact your Student Office to let them know if you are having issues submitting an assignment.

Personal Academic Tutor

Your Personal Academic Tutor, who will be allocated to you for your arrival at the University and who is normally a member of academic staff in your own or a closely related subject area. Your Personal Academic Tutor will offer one-to-one support and advice throughout your time at the University, and will support you in your studies or with other issues you may have.

Students Union

The Students’ Union strives to ensure that every student receives the help they need when they face a problem.

Your Students Union have a range of reps who represent you at every level, on your Course, School or Faculty.

Library

The Academic Skills Hub offers an in-person, drop-in service to advise students on all aspects of Academic Skills, Writing and Maths & Statistics support in 20 minute slots. No appointment necessary.

The Academic Skills Hub is open from 10.00 – 16.00, Monday to Friday, and is located in 2045 on Level 2 of the Hartley Library (Highfield Campus).
